A few years ago, I decided I wanted to learn to play the
drums. I've always loved the drums. Whenever I listen to music, I hear the
drums first. I can listen to a great jazz drummer like Art Blakey for hours on
end. I'd give up almost anything to be as good as Glenn Kotche of Wilco.
Hi, The idea is not to spam but to make a little in return
for the links you already provide in your Instructable. I often show my viewers
where they can purchase the supplies needed to complete projects. I usually
place a link to where I purchased and an alternative link for cheaper items.
Many 'ibles have video links for their projects, why not get paid? I don't want
to offend anyone with spam, that's for sure. Thanks for commenting.
Haha. I have been working on this 'ible for about 6 months
and decided to finish and publish yesterday. I'm not sure how the eBay
"scheme" fits in with posting Instructables as this is just
Instructables related, but there are always ways to include them. This 'ible
may actually be perfect for just that, an eBay Affiliate Scheme. "I'll
show you how to earn an income on for just $5.00." Someone already posted
one below.
Here's an example: Your instructable is about 'How to use
Sex Toys' and you have a link to a blow up doll. When someone clicks on that
link, they go straight to ebay and, like magick, find a list of people selling
blow up dolls. However, they get distracted by rolex watches and buy a watch
instead, but you still get a percentage of the sale. You just have to use the
code from ebay partners.
I've done all this, but not made a great deal out of it yet
and really, instructables should be scooping up all this cash for themselves,
so I sent them an email - but no reply! If anybody from instructables
management is reading this - please get in contact with me ASAP and all will be
explained!
Oftentimes people ask me how I made money on the Internet.
I've been doing this about 35 years and the same thing is true now as it was
back in 1995—I follow my passion. When you follow what you are truly passionate
about, the money will come. The saying that it is so much easier to do what you
love is true, even on the Internet. Sometimes, it might even be easier!
In order to start hearing that ka-ching sound on the net,
you have to build a website. A blog is a website that updates continuously with
the most current information front and center. These have become more popular
and tend to make a bit more money than static websites that don't typically
change.
